Overview
A purpose-built air system for mould-area condensation control
Nano Steel designed, manufactured, and installed a dedicated air-conditioning system for an injection-moulding application in Cairo. The system was developed around the customer’s operating environment and the need to reduce condensation on the mould surface.
The project included the air-distribution arrangement, fabricated ductwork, site installation, and checks of the completed system. The result was a practical environmental-control solution integrated around the moulding machine.
