Nano Steel provided technical assistance to reseal the injector on a KraussMaffei PX 160/750 electric injection-moulding machine in Cairo. The work focused on the injector assembly and the sealing points required to restore correct operation.

The service team prepared the machine, carried out the resealing work, reassembled the injector, and completed functional checks before returning the equipment to operation. The intervention addressed the leakage condition while limiting disruption to the customer’s production.

Nano Steel installed and commissioned an EF Cooling industrial chiller in Sana’a, Yemen. The scope brought together equipment placement, process-water piping interfaces, electrical connections, and the checks required before start-up.

After installation, the team verified the circuit and operating interfaces, supported controlled start-up, and checked the chiller’s functional response. The completed system was handed over ready to support the customer’s industrial cooling duty.

Nano Steel installed two reaction-process machinery units at a plant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The team coordinated equipment handling, positioning, assembly, and the mechanical and electrical interfaces required for installation.

Following installation, the units went through start-up and functional checks in line with the project requirements. The work was completed with attention to safe execution, accurate connection, and an organised handover to the customer.

Nano Steel reinstalled an industrial chiller in Saudi Arabia and completed the associated electrical and piping work. The intervention included cleaning the cooling circuit and replacing the refrigerant as part of preparing the equipment for operation.

After the physical and service work, the team commissioned the chiller and verified its basic functionality. The completed scope returned the cooling equipment to an organised, operational condition.

Nano Steel designed, manufactured, and installed a dedicated air-conditioning system for an injection-moulding application in Cairo. The system was developed around the customer’s operating environment and the need to reduce condensation on the mould surface.

The project included the air-distribution arrangement, fabricated ductwork, site installation, and checks of the completed system. The result was a practical environmental-control solution integrated around the moulding machine.

Nano Steel relocated five extrusion blow-moulding machines between production facilities in Jeddah. The connected scope included the machines, conveyors, and robot system, requiring careful recording and coordination before dismantling.

The team carried out controlled disconnection and dismantling, protected and packaged the assets for transport, coordinated the transfer, and supported reinstatement at the destination. The work preserved the relationship between the machines and their auxiliaries so the line could be prepared for operation in the new facility.
